Welcome to AI Try-on Room (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AI Try-on Room provides AI-powered product visualization services, including:
Object replacement between two images (e.g., replacing items in Image 1 with items from Image 2)
AI try-on for home goods, furniture, and product items
Smart inpainting and content generation based on user input
Background editing and product variation generation
Technical support and related services
We may update, improve, or modify the App or services at any time without prior notice.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old or meet the legal age of your region;
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and assume relevant rights and responsibilities.
You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Users may upload images to perform AI try-on, object replacement, or image generation.
Uploaded images are used solely to generate the requested results and are not used for any other purpose.
You confirm that uploaded images do not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, portrait rights, or commercial rights.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content; we only process it to provide services.
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful activities
Upload images containing:
Violence, obscenity, pornography
Political content
Terrorism or extremism
Copyrighted content you do not own
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, or extract the App’s source code, models, or algorithms
Interfere with the normal functioning of the App
We reserve the right to warn, restrict, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Special Notice:
The App does not collect, analyze, or store any facial recognition data.
All content within the App—software, UI design, icons, algorithms, AI models, text, images, and all related materials—is owned by AI Try-on Room or its licensors.
Users may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network issues, device problems, or user errors.
AI-generated results may vary and cannot be guaranteed to meet every user’s expectations.
Users assume all responsibility for how generated images are used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Direct or indirect losses
Incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business
arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court where the developer is located.
